Pippin's free plan includes every feature: threads, forum posts, private threads and cross-server moves, with 300 moves a month plus 1,000 bonus moves to start. Paid plans only raise the limit: pay once for Lifetime Starter or Unlimited, or subscribe monthly. Booster packs add one-off moves that never expire.

Is Pippin free?
Yes. The free plan includes every feature (threads, forum posts, private threads and cross-server moves) with 300 moves a month, resetting at midnight UTC on the 1st, plus 1,000 bonus moves to start.
What does "lifetime" mean?
You pay once and keep the plan's monthly limit for as long as Pippin operates, on the server you bought it for. You can move it to another server once a month. No renewals.
Can I move my plan to another server?
Yes. In the dashboard, move your plan to another server of yours that is on the Free plan. The server that receives it can't move it on again for one month.
I already bought a lifetime plan. What happens to it?
Every existing lifetime plan was upgraded at no charge to the new tier with the same or a higher limit: Lifetime I and II → Starter (3,000 a month); III, IV and V → Unlimited. Nobody was moved down. Starter holders can move up to Unlimited later for the $50 price difference, plus tax.
What's the difference between booster moves and a plan?
A plan raises your monthly limit every month. Booster moves are a one-time pack: they add to your bonus moves, are used after your monthly moves run out, never expire and belong to one server.
What counts as a move?
Each moved or copied message is one move; a long message posted in several parts counts each part. Recreating a thread attached to a moved message adds one. The first message of a new forum post or thread becomes its starter and isn't charged twice. Up to 200 messages per run. /move_status shows usage.
Is there a free trial of paid limits?
Use Pippin with no move limits on our support server, then add it to your server.
How does Pippin compare with Movr's new plans?
Pippin Free has 300 moves a month plus 1,000 bonus moves, with cross-server moves. Movr Free has 250 messages a month plus a 500 bonus, without cross-server moves.
